Your application and resume will be reviewed by HR and the hiring manager, we will conduct an informative phone interview to better understand the candidate’s background and give the candidate an opportunity to learn about the role, the candidate and hiring manager will meet to perform a more comprehensive interview, we will request and conduct reference checks, if your interview process is successful, a formal offer will be made for the position.
