Business Operations Specialist- Replacement for maternity leave
Responsibilities:
- Manage business activities with international countries.
- Receive and integrate monthly financial sales reports from countries into the BI system.
- Analyze sales by collection, fragrances, and categories.
- Oversee the quarterly ordering process:
- Generate and send quarterly order forms.
- Update orders in the system for processing and delivery.
- Provide support and approval for urgent orders.
- Track inquiries and provide responses, including handling changes to orders and various.
- Monitor and coordinate product quality control and transfer products to logistics handling.
- Coordinate weekly calls with international countries, including collecting information, data, and reports.
- Manage and maintain existing products:
- Manage the product catalog (adding/removing items).
- Conduct annual sales analysis for marketing purposes.
- Recommend products for removal from the catalog (annually).
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English and Hebrew is a must.
- Experience in coordination and operations roles in international companies; experience with day-to-day operations and communication with international clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required.
- Familiarity with the Priority ERP system is an advantage.
